・To manage production planning, process control, Inventory control, waste control, ensure product quality, delivery on time and cost control/budget.
・To lead and manage the entire Production team to ensure smooth production processes and operations in the Plant
・Oversee and manage effective production planning across all production operations to ensure optimal production yield while minimising wastage
・Lead and champion the implementation of all production initiatives that will continuously help to improve production processes, increase productivity and efficiency, product quality and product standards in line with best practices
・Define and implement cost management initiatives aimed at identifying and mitigating wastage and preventing erosion of profits
・Define and oversee the implementation of policies for achieving higher productivity and cost efficiency across all production operations
・To review existing system, improvise and implement best practices to achieve cost effective productivity and on time delivery for all order received
・To ensure the Company is strictly adhere to all Government legitimate rules and regulations on Environment, Safety & Health and all inhouse safety policies from the Production perspective

・To help sales teams in the region deploy leads, implement tags, optimize mobile ads performance, enable integration and troubleshoot issues that customers may have regarding their online ad campaigns.
・To engage in phone consultations with customers in which you will educate them on mobile website speed issues and guide them to fix issues where possible.
・Provide customer service support with exceptional customer service as well as train, investigate and troubleshoot client along implementation by Hangouts
