Industry Manager (Automotive) – PJ (Ref ID: 11703)
・ Lead and be accountable for the success of commercial projects in Automotive industry.
・ Develop business plan to increase the overall supply chain Share of Wallet in Automotive market.
・ Organizing, and managing subordinate staff members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company’s standards.
・ Managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all automotive industry matters within the automotive industry.
・ Industry research on the automotive supply chain trend to identify opportunities for end to end transportation and logistics solutions.
・ Translate the automotive industry research data into automotive business development and corporate sales information to highlight potential trade lane and routes planning.
・ To accurately select and develop the automotive industry tier to be approach based on the supply chain analysis of each tier.
・ To work closely with Business development team to identify and develop list of target automotive companies within each tier of industry scope.
・ To work closely with Corporate sales team to identify solutions gap and develop list of target solutions within the selected automotive customers within the selected tier of industry scope.
・ To provide support and leadership to ensure the team are working at rapid pace and producing result as per timeline. Responsible to formulate methods that will help the process and ensure the automotive industry team is producing quality solutions sales.
・ To ensure all automotive business development and corporate sales activities are within the approved sales budget as they are also set financial and sales related goals for the company.
・ Managing the execution, direction, and coordination of automotive industry matters within the organization. This includes managing the list of automotive companies at each tier, organizing internal meeting with Business Development and Corporates sales, external meeting with other Yamato group office, and meet automotive industry requirements, and making sure that business development and corporate sales are aware of the automotive industry supply chain trend.
・ To leads a team of sales people to build professional relationships that will increase sales and make a business or organization more profitable from the automotive supply chain system.
・ To promote advanced solutions with the regional/global sales (GSCM), highlighting key differentiators and solution benefits that address customer problems. Support-work with regional/global sales (GSCM) to lead the value proposition and sale to new customers. Take ownership of regional future planning and forecasting for control solutions in the automotive industry.
・ To assist sales team in attaining revenue goals including the development of tactical and strategic plans to create and close product/service opportunities within the automotive industry
・ Maintain a pipeline of opportunities in salesforce and ensure the procedural governance of the sale process.
・ Solid experience of Automotive industry required.
・ Diploma & above in any field
・ 5 years of sales experiences in automotive industry
・ Sound knowledge of Tier 1 industry supply chain trend of automotive industry
・ Comprehensive knowledge of automotive industry research
・ Ability to read, translate and explain automotive research data into useable information for business development and corporate sales
・ Knowledge of data analysis of the automotive industry tiers
・ Knowledge of data mining on automotive industry target tiers
・ Have strong attention to details and creative solutions sales approach
