Admin Officer – PJ (Ref ID: 11803)

・Assists Marketing Manager/Director on general maintenance and security of premises
・Liaise with Tokyo HQ Admin/external providers for products and services, thereafter arrange with Tokyo HQ Accounts for payments to providers
・Responsible to communicate relevant information and requirements from governmental agencies, corporate and community bodies to management and other stakeholders for their attention and compliance, including reporting to regulatory authorities when required
・Responsible to obtain required License, Permit, Certificate for company operations including its renewal
・Liaise with Corporate Secretary, Tax Agent on personal tax matters
・In charge of incoming & outgoing mail, reservations for hotel, flights and other administrative matters
・Understand and comply with customers and Company ICMS requirements, resolve and rectify if there are any non-compliance or lapses, etc.

・Manage all matters relating to HR and Payroll Administration and responsible to ensure compliance with labor & employment laws and Company’s policies and procedures

・ Diploma in any related study field
・ Minimum 1 year working experience in related industry
