HR AM – Prai (Ref ID: 12095)
・Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and reference checks.
・Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure efficient and effective recruitment procedures.
・Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork completion, and benefits enrolment.
・Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
・Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
・Promote a positive work environment by fostering employee engagement and addressing employee concerns.
・Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs.
・Coordinate and facilitate employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
・Assist in the implementation of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and individual development plans.
・Support the performance management process by providing guidance to supervisors and employees.
・Assist in conducting performance evaluations and maintaining performance records.
・Monitor performance improvement plans and provide feedback to managers and employees.
・Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
・Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
・Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.
・Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
・Proven experience as an HR Assistant Manager or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
・Min of 3 to 6 years of human resource senior role experience preferred.
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
