Japanese Speaking Personal Assistant – Semenyih (Ref ID: 10865)
|Basic Salary||RMup to 6,000|
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
・Job task will be 80 ％ secretary task and 20% translate
・Documentation Translation & Interpretation
・they do have business trip some times with MD (once for 2-3 month before pandemic)
・About 60% Communication with each department under my direction (PIC may not be present when a meeting is tentatively held)
・About 5% Translation of notices from me, followed by document issuance procedures.
・About 5% correspondence with the government related to the new plant (such as accompanying the general contractor in submitting documents)
・The PA is not with PIC 100% of the time, but in different rooms, and basically communicates with HR .
(When PIC find a negligent staff member, she work with HR to solve the problem.
・Interpretation of monthly accounting documents at meetings with accounting department staff.
・In other cases, she may accompany sales staff to dinner. (but its there own discretion)
・The translation job might be only one time a week for about one hour when production meeting. and sometimes when japanese staff come to Malaysia office from HQ, she will help them to translate as well needed
