Job Description
・Involve in Kaizen & improvement about factory maintenance.
・Lead & manage group of employee
・Maintain safe & clean workplace(5S)
・Meet KPI as per planned
・Control the expenses by implementing the cost down activity.
Requirements
・STPM/Diploma or Equivalent
・3 - 5 years experience in air conditioning maintenance and electrical wiring and experience in organizing a team to do such work.
・Able to manage and work with team.
・Have problem solving skill and good communication skill
