Performance & Reward HR Specialist – Kedah (Ref ID: 11198)
|Basic Salary||RM7,000 - 13,000|
Monday –Thursday 7:45 am - 5:15pm
・Reviewing current state of HR Operation processes, systems and structures and propose improvement.
Carry out all administration duties pertaining to performance appraisals, incentive and assistant schemes, health and disability insurance schemes and all other related programs.
・Assist in wage and salary benchmarking surveys.
・Assist to conduct annual benefits and incentives review to ensure that the Company's benefits and incentive schemes are competitive in the market.
・Assist in projects related to formulation, development and implementation of future compensation and benefits programs.
・To assist on job evaluation to establish or update job grades for the purpose of wage administration and establishing remuneration and promotion guidelines.
・Keep abreast with the latest compensation and benefits survey findings and latest compensation and benefit philosophies.
・Carry out all administration duties pertaining to performance appraisals, incentive and assistant schemes, health and disability insurance schemes and all other related programs.
・Assist in the administration and management of employee wages and salaries as per Company's job grading system and salary structure.
・Diploma holder & above
・Minimum 5 years of Manager relevant work experience in Compensation and Benefits such as revision of salary, evaluation of staff, etc
・Good planning and organizational skills.
