QA Assistant Manager – Klang (Ref ID: 11292)
|Basic Salary||RM6,000 (max)|
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
・Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day QA operation operates smoothly in accordance with Company processes and regulations, which includes training and work scheduling.
・Maintain the ISO 9001 quality system as well as the IATF requirement. This includes any new management system put in place by management.
・Conduct an internal quality audit to check that ISO9001 and IATF, and any other applicable management system requirements are met across the board.
・Prepare an internal and supplier audit plan for the site, follow up on audit results, and assess the audit findings.
・Handle customer and external audit and reply the nonconformance item highlight during the audit.
・Handling customer complaint & ensure corrective action reply on time
・Establish new procedures as and when necessary for QA
・Responsible for ensuring that the QA KPI is met.
・Prepare a management review report by gathering all CAR results, internal audits, customer audits, improvement plans, legal updates, and other information as required by the management system.
・Review and follow-up on all improvement action plan, CAPA, management review etc.
・Customer documentation, such as customer complaint reports, PPAP, SPC, APQP, MSA, and Inspection Agreement, must be submitted on time as specified by the customer.
・Maintain good customer relations while providing customer assistance in terms of quality and environmental system inquiries.
・Involvement in new project development with R&D, engineering, and production teams.
・Any other duties as assigned.
・Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
・5 years related working experience
・Have knowledge in PPAP & 5 core tools.
・Have knowledge in analytical skill on chart / data
・Able to understand drawing
