Job Description

・Order processing – quotation, order entry, and checking.
・Liaise with TKK Japan on customer specifications, inventory adjustment, delivery schedule, reject from customers and etc.
・Liaise with customers on order delivery and schedule, shipping documents, pricing, invoicing.
・Maintain the existing customers by taking care of their new inquiry, complaint, inventory arrangement, cost down, other problems arises in daily jobs.
・Coordinate with relevant department and customers as to establish a good relationship between companies.
・Support TKK Japan by processing customer code transfer, customer budget input and etc.
・Carry out any job or task given by Marketing Manager.

Requirements

・At least Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree in any field
・1 - 2 years experience in related field
・Who able to communicate in Japanese are most welcome
