Job Description

・To perform payroll activities such as calculation of salaries and overtime pay and deduction in respect of EPF, SOCSO and Scheduler Tax Deduction.
・Ensure accurate payroll processing and create accurate payroll related documents.
・To handle other duties such as recruitment, implementing department policies and changes if needed.
・Ensure the Company is up to date to changes of labour law and tax related compliance.
・To apply for new and renewal of government licenses. (Eg. DBKL & Suruhanjaya Tenaga etc )
・To explain and help Company understand government policy and procedure if needed. Also to liaise with specific government office if needed
・To declare and apply certification for project to approving agency, and also follow with related matters.
・To perform VISA application for Japanese expats and follow up with other related process. (Eg.Tax clearance &Income tax etc)
・To perform admin activities such as travelling / booking management, documents filling, dealing with incoming phone calls and emails
・To prepare and issue business related company letters and notices.
・To ensure equipment or office supplies are functional and in place for each department. Also to place order for office consumable supplies before running out of stock.
・Liaise effectively with company secretary on statutory compliance matters.
・Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the company from time to time
・Visit government department for Labour related work (once a year or less than that)

Requirements

・Possess at least Diploma, a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent in Business field(Experience is more important)
・Knowledge of Laws and Regulations related to Company business and HR fields.(Especially Companies Act and Employment Act)
・Knowledge of payroll
・Computer literate, MS Words and Excel
・Able to communicate and explain Malaysian law and regulations, Malaysian government procedures clearly to Management
・Prefer Chinese (but Accept Malay and Indian as well)
・Independent(because this position is only for the candidate)
・Be able to start soon or within 1 month
