Admin Officer – Johor (Ref ID: 11547)
|Basic Salary||RM1,600 - 2,200|
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm
・Responsible for foreign worker(below 50 staff) matters such as insurance, passport updating, renewal / cancellation permit, FOMEMA, etc.
・Foreign worker hostel arrangement.
・Transport and hotel booking for staff and guest.
・Handling or monitoring company car Insurance and Road Tax Renewal, servicing.
・Renewal company licensing, MBJB, BOMBA, LAND, etc.
・Ensure administrative task which includes meal coupon, keep track office stationaries, purchase pantry and cleaning items
・Deal with contractors such as building service matters, Security Guard and Gardening.
・Maintain and evaluate office assets, office equipment, and supplier such as rubbish disposal, air-con servicing, Telephone and CCTV.
・Belong company safety committee
・Other duties as assigned by the HOD
・SPM/ Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma
・1 year experience handling in foreign worker related matter
・Able to start work within 1 month notice
