Job Description

・Handle General Affairs & HR job in Malaysia office.
・Manage attendance staff & leave records
・Manage office equipment & company car, hotel & flight booking, stationery application, courier arrangement, stamp application
・Manage employment pass for Japanese managers, assets
・Management & labelling, sourcing for quotation
・Manage staff,medical claims & liase with panel clinic, all other General Affairs & HR Job, etc.

Requirements

・SPM must have 3 years experience
・Diploma must have 1 years experience
・Driver's license
・Good communication skills
・Able to dealing with government sector
