HR Manager – Johor (Ref ID: 11574)
|Basic Salary||RM8,000 - 10,000|
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
・Perform the full spectrum of HR activities such as personnel administration (proper records organization), compliance with statutory regulations, salary administration, employee movement (transfers/promotion/confirmation/resignation) processes, employee benefits and any such activities
・Oversee daily operations of the HR department such as attendance / leave records, insurance and training bonds / medical schemes / training and employee records and to maintain it in share folder
・Interviewing, preparing offer letters and onboarding arrangements for new hires
Drive the recruiting planning strategies (e.g., forecasting, short / medium term manpower requirements) to align with, and meet, business demands and HR costs control.
・Managing the external recruiting agencies
・Ensure HR policies and procedure are consistently administrated and aligned
・Execute change management initiatives across the organization.
・Minimum Degree in Human Resource or other related courses majoring in Human Resource
・Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR portfolio at managerial level
・Good communication skills
