Job Description

・Submit vital documents to government authorities
・Support ad-hoc administrative job for Director and Staffs
・To review suppliers transaction and settlement
・Perform bank reconciliation
・Provide ad-hoc administrative support on an as required basis
・Prepare document to sent to accounting consultant company
・Making payment voucher and receive voucher if any
・Check internet banking and work with Banks
・Making the brief report to HQ
・Work with consultant company
・Do some payment request via internet banking
・Do some admin task such as : order stationary, booking hotel, booking air ticket, buying something for office

Requirements

・ Diploma & above
・ 1 -2 years in admin jobs
・ Able to communicate well in English and Japanese (JLPT N2)
