・Plan, develop, implement and optimise the performance marketing strategy in line with the Head of Digital marketing that encompasses channels such as Paid Search, Remarketing, Affiliates, and email marketing to meet performance marketing KPIs.
・Measure and report on the effectiveness of all digital initiatives; taking a customer- centric approach to identify new opportunities to increase engagement and results.
・Capacity to manage omnichannel framework, campaigns, budget and ongoing optimisations, continuously striving for opportunities to improve
・Oversee corporate communications and public relations.
・Establish, maintain, and improve our relationships with our media partners, agencies and platforms
・Take a hands-on approach to Immerse yourself in our business
・Work with the Technology Team to ensure tags, feeds and tests are successfully implemented and ready to go
・Communicating with Internal operators(developing side)
・Clients are worldwide but they do not have to have business trip for abroad
・Diploma & above
・At least 5 years of country marketing experience in a similar field.
・Extensive knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, Marketing CRM, and marketing automation.
・Utilise 1st and 3rd-party data to target and convert high-value customers through the Data Management Platform. Participate in creating reporting suites to elevate strategy and identify areas of opportunity.
・Hands-on and comfortable with execution and delivery
・Excellent project management skills
・Great at stakeholder management internally and externally
・Programmatic Advertising/ Campaign management
