Key Sales Executive – KL (Ref ID: 11632)

Monday - Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm
・Assist for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
・Assist focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
・Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant division.
・Responsible for interacting and negotiating regularly with existing key account clients to build and maintain relations.
・Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
・Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
・Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solution that meet their objectives.
・Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
・Prepare and deliver optimum presentations to propose new products to clients.
・Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
・To work closely with sales, marketing, merchandisers and promoters on executions of in store activities, promotions and maintaining brand presence.
・Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
・Ensures the execution of promotions and other trade agreements with the sales force.
・At least Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in business, marketing or related field.
・ 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing in Retails, Wholesale, FMCG
・ Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
