Administration cum Customer Service – Penang (Ref ID: 11700)

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
・Assist in daily administration tasks include data entering, monthly analysis, billing, payment, filling, keep record and etc. paper work transaction include labelling, marking and etc.
・Assist in daily logistics activities (Export and Import- Sea, Air, Land mode include Warehouse), sales and trade include monitor shipment and ensure prompt delivery of customers cargoes
・Handle enquiries and prepare quotations and communicate the information to internally members and external customer.
・Ensure smooth delivery of shipment by working closely with an oversea partner/customer and local service provider/GSA/CSS/co-loader/carrier and etc. business partner.
・Able to use email to communicating Pre-Alert or receiving shipping documentation from customer.
・Checking all shipping documentation details is accurate before handover to operation (eg. HS code from customer, packing lists details is correct, supporting document (brochure or etc. relevant doc.), shipment term and etc.)
・Prepare Request of Transport (ROT) and Truck Request include manifest declaration (if needed)
・Coordinate and servicing customer (if needed)
・Support the tasks that assign by HOD/Manager from time to time
・Diploma/ Degree in Business administration or any related field
・At least 1-2 years of experience in support position
・Must able to OT if needed
・Able to work on Saturday
・Able to write and speak English and Malay
