Job Description

・Handle import & export custom declaration (include K1, K2, K3, K8, K9)(Manifest)(Pelkon*DIC & *DEC)(Permit - if needed)(Duty Payment)
・Able to use email to communicate Pre-Alert or receiving shipping documentation from customer.
・Checking all shipping documentation details is accurate before submitting custom form
・Generate New customer Data in Aldec system include HS coding
・Receiving cargo air or seaport terminal include physical custom examination if needed, labelling & weighing, closing (MAWB&HAWB), submit pouch and send pre-alert to customer
・Prepare Request Of Transport (ROT)
・Coordinate and service customers if needed
・ Support the tasks assigned by HOD/Manager

Requirements

・Diploma/ Degree in Business administration or any related field
・At least 1-2 years of experience in related field
・Must ride Bike
・Able to write and speak English and Malay
・Must able to OT if needed (time flexible)
・Able to work on Saturday
