Monday - Friday 8am -17:20pm
・Liaison with the government organization, such as MITI, MIDA, etc.
・Assist Training & Development, Continuous Improvement, Financial Director in updating, clarification, compilation and filing of company policy including provide information on Labor Legislation to employees and management team.
・Policy and Procedure – working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting managers to understand and implement policies and procedures as per management’s direction.
・Training – conduct Training Needs Analysis for the company and sourcing of capable trainers for such courses, developing HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels; planning and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new staff; analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
・Recruitment –developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates; in compliance to the company policies and approval levels.
・Develop evaluation system, checking on staffs' performance, and sometimes giving advice to motivate staffs.
・Diploma & above
・Working experience in Japanese Manufacturing company with employee more than 1000 employee
・Prefer someone study about HR / management (not mandatory)
・At least 3 years experience but most Important things is someone has experience in Japanese Manufacture with 1000 employees & above
