Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
・Identify business opportunities by research and analyzing market
・Prepare sales document eg. Quotation, Delivery Order, Invoice, etc.
・Liaison with customer on order and delivery
・Liaison with transporter and forwarding agent for shipping matters
・Work closely with production for productivity and output quality & quantity
・To monitor order by closely follow up with production PIC and arrange delivery accordingly
・Maintain relationship with client by providing information, support and after sales service
・Identifies product improvements or new products according to industry needs
・Prepare sales reports
・Establishes new accounts and service accounts by identifying potential customers; planning organizing sales call schedule.
・Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvement.
・Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
・Plan an carry out local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales
・Attend and present at external customer meeting necessary to aid business development
・Monitor debtor analysis to ensure collection activities adhere to the terms given to customers
・Excellent communications skills, perseverance, self-motivation and organization/planning a vacation and placement to visits customers.
・Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
・Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior or management.
・Minimum Diploma/ A level in closely related field or discipline
・Minimum 3 year experience in related field
・Able to communicate well in Japanese, Mandarin & English
