Job Description
・Document work such as Sales Invoice / Purchase Invoice / Purchase Order etc.
・Support sales staff
・Prepare necessary documents (using Excel)
・Prepare simple weekly production schedules
・Mail and Phone Communication with the client
Requirements
・SPM & above
・1-2 years Sales support or admin or the related job experience
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
