Job Description

・Invoice processing in system , processing payments on daily ,weekly and monthly basis in accurately and timely
・Resolution of payment related inquires when escalated
・Manage month end close requirement
・Liaising with auditors on financial accounts & statutory filing and assisting in the review of financial reports
・Assist in monthly cost controls & analysis


・Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting from a recognised university/body/institution.
・A minimum of 6 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
・Well versed in all accounting / tax functions and other statutory requirements.
・Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and etc.
・Fluent in spoken and written English / Bahasa Malaysia
・Preferable between ages 30 to 40
