|Basic Salary||RM3,500 (max)|
Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm
・Assist to register new and potential customer profile for business sales references purpose.
・To communicate with internal and external parties efficiently through sales order and payment follow up.
・Responsibilities include processing sales, coordinating and scheduling transportation of delivery parts.
・To gather information from other departments or customers and coordinate accordingly.
・Assist sales representatives with information on machines and attachments.
・To follow up and submit quotation as per customer request based on their deadline.
・To perform any other duties as directed from time to time by Head of Department.
・Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business administration or any field.
・Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel etc).
・Able to speck in English, Bahasa Malaysia , Mandarin and Japanese
・Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
・Positive attitude and willing to learn.
