Customer Service Manager – Subang
Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm
・To improve customer satisfaction with our support
・To improve management process flow and provide appropriate improvement and solution.
・To work up Target Management based on superior idea and instruction.
・To co-operate and support local & overseas customer (supporting by agent).
・To understand new machine design, concept and technology road map and update to customer.
・To communicate with customer key person or management staff in order to get latest information and investment plan.
・Responsible for customer service support.
・Skill improvement of the entire CS team.
・Min 5 years experience in Manufacturer
・Able to communicate in Japanese is an add advantage
・Familiar with imports/ exports procedures such as custom clearance, air/sea freight shipments and etc.
・Able to liaise with government authorities for any authorities legal applications.
・Analytical and able to apply financial and statistical knowledge to systematically and logically resolve logistic network issues.
・Knowledgeable in SST Regulation
・Knowledge of PC applications and ERP system
