|Basic Salary||RM4,500 - 5,500|
Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm
・Responsible to manage, supervise the electrical Engineering team, drive the team to growth, development and continuous improvement.
・Arrange group work force and group strategic planning
・Lead machine development/cost down project to achieve best quality, cost and delivery.
・Set group target and policy according to department policy.
・To communicate with CMI for technology transfer and scheduling (i.e. machine transfer or system transfer).
・Help in forecasting and monitoring group’s working hour and performance.
・Plan, assign and train up each group members’ profession.
・From time to time, implement improvement activity to the group.
・To communicate with other department / group for further improvement.
・Responsible to take on additional roles or tasks assigned by management or superior from time to time.
・Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Control Engineering.
・At least 5 years working experience and strong knowledge in die bonder or semiconductor equipment is required for this position.
・Innovative, creative and willing to explore new technology especially for product improvement.
・Good knowledge in hardware, software and recognition system
・Strong interest in machinery, automation, hardware and software configuration
・Able to work independently and work under pressure to handle all outstanding issue
