Pre-sales consultant – Shah Alam

Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
• Provide pre –sales system support to sales department to ensure optimum system configuration between company’s products and client’s system.
• Ensure benefits of products are clearly communicated and proven to customer and are successfully implemented upon conclusion of solution sales.
• Test and evaluate new products/feature (hardware and software) to ensure compatibility and functionality.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing department to gather market information to establish the terms & conditions and service charges of new products inclusive formulation of service policies.
• Identify training syllabus and implement training for all sales staff and branch system engineers.
• Evaluation and comparison of software solutions.
• Degree in Computer and related field
• Basic knowledge on MS SQL, Windows Active Directory, XML, Network Protocol & Connectivity.
• MCP or MCSE Certification will be an advantage.
• Knowledge on Cloud Solutions such as MS Azure, Office 365, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience preferably in pre-sales support or consultancy support.
• A Team player with strong analytical and communication skill.
• Independent, Customer Focus and good at presentations.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
