HR cum General Affair Assistant Director – Shah Alam
|Basic Salary||RM18,000 - 20,000|
Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
・Responsible for the formulation and alignment of Human Resources (HR) Strategies/Policies with regional HR strategies and local company strategies.
・Inculcate an environment that encourages continuous learning to further develop and enhance the organization’s Human Capital.
・Perform the advisory role on management and business units on HR best practices and implement and improve on HR practices and procedures to meet & support business objectives and strategies.
・ Leading and guiding the HR team members to be independent business partners to value add in Human Resources matters, this role encompasses the management all HR initiatives and overall HR Operations pertaining to recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, career development, succession planning, employee discipline and employee welfare.
・This role shall also be responsible for the overall direction and control of General Affairs, Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, procurement matters and Management Systems in the Organization.
・Degree in any discipline with minimum 20 years’ experience in HR and minimum 10 years’ in managerial position with experience leading a team of HR professionals
・Preferably with relevant working experience in Hi-Tech industry with multinational exposure
・Well-versed in Compensation & Benefits
・Conversant in current industrial/ employee relation matters and prevailing legislation
・Possess knowledge in organizational development
・Result-oriented with the ability to work independently with all level of employees
・Competent with high integrity, strong analytical and interpersonal skills
・Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
・Mobility to travel, may be required from time to time to regional offices and branch offices(hardly one / year)
