Job Description

・When CPM receive sales inquiry from current customers or potential customers, get information about their inquiry and contact number (Tel/Fax / E-mail Address ) and transfer to OSK sales personnel.
・When CPM receive delivery inquiry, check and inform to the customer directly if simple questions or through OSK sales personnel.
・ When CPM receive any complain issues, get information from them and inform to OSK sales personnel.
・ When new/revised Blue Prints, SPEC Tables, Color samples, customer sample bag are ready for coming production, write the details in Log form (OSK Sales personnel can do it, too) and pass to Planner.
・Prepare monthly report such as sales summary for paper bags for the month, including balance planned deliveries. (Other reports if required)
・Prepare delivery schedule / finished goods information to customers if required.
・Prepare documents for Customer Monitoring and follow up to collect back replies from customer for submitting to management.
・Other jobs if necessary.
・To comply with relevant Safety, Health, and Environment regulations and other requirement, and continuous commitment and support towards accident prevention.


・Diploma holder & above
・2 years in Sales Coordinator
・Able to communicate well
