・Work collaboratively, communicate with production and sales team members to recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimising cost
・Provide technical expertise and service to potential and existing customers ( technical sales)
・Design new systems and processes for the introduction od new products or for the improvement of exiting ones
・Ensure product and process quality to meet specifications required
・Remove waste from processes
・Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow , space requirements, equipment layout and level out the workload
・Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities
・Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities
・Contribute to continuous improvement activities
・Support and lead process improvement activities
・Undertake continuous training and development
・Respond to breakdowns
・Analyze down time and identify trends
・Investigate production and process issues
・Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
・Degree in mechanical, electrical and electronics or relevant
・5 years experience in Managerial level, able to handle hand on and provide supervision
・Need to know and do maintenance and production including facility
・Able to communicate in Mandarin & English
