Job Description

・Responsible for Sales Orders (SO) /Proforma Invoices (PI), and all logistics related documents and function for assigned distributors.
・Responsible on A/R collection from distributors.
・After sales service and other duties as required for the department.
・Processing and managing of all production orders and sample orders for distributors.
・Prepare SO/PI/PO/Invoice.
・Timely and accurate update on all required information into order database system.
・Arrange with Finance Department to make payment to suppliers (AP).
・Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all sporting goods delivered on time and in good condition.
・Prepare and checking of shipping document i.e Invoice, PL, BL, CO/FE/FD, PD and APD
・To Prepare LC documentations for submission to bank.
・Followed up sales collection with the distributors and liaise with the bankers for any LC raised.

Requirements

・Degree / Diploma in any field
・At least 1 years of working experience in sales coordination and logistics.
・Understanding of shipping and related documentation for imports into overseas sales markets.
・Understanding of shipping and related documentation for export from overseas suppliers.
・Proficient in understanding written and spoken English and Mandarin.
