Japanese Speaking HR Assistant – Melaka

Basic SalaryRM2,500 - 3,500
Working Hours

Monday - Friday (Saturday) 8:00am -18:00pm

Job Description

・Responsible for the human resource related matters.
・Ensure company’s human resources are being used efficiently and effectively.
・Monitor and process staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, adjustment and appraisal.
・Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
・Maintain good filing system and proper document recording.
・Support teams to resolve issues and implement changes as required.
・Manage leave, benefits and compensation, overtime & checking employee attendance report.
・Assist managing director with HQ orders/requirement.
・Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when delegated.


・Degree or Higher Diploma or Diploma or Certificate in any field or equivalent.
・Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office
・Required language: Japanese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
・Applicant must be able to speak, read and write Japanese.
・Able to start on immediate/short notice will be added advantage.
・Preferably applicant specialized in Human Resource or equivalent.
