Job Description
・To manage the production team in a high mix, low volume environment.
・Daily operations with the manufacturing process for metal fabrication, assembly, etc to meet targeted efficiency and KPI
・5s shop for visual management
・Utilize Lean Production Methodology to manage production
Requirements
・Diploma in any engineering
・5 years at the managerial level, managing teams of people in a production environment
・Experience in Lean Production Methodology to manage production
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin, English
