Job Description

・Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
・Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
・Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
・Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
・Develop, manage, monitor and optimize online performance marketing campaigns in Ecommerce, travel, finance, beauty, D2C etc categories
・Understand the full scope and determine all necessary tasks in each step of the project execution in order to smoothly meet client expectations, deadlines and budgets
・Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate, measure and report the performance of all campaigns as well as assess goal achievement (ROI and KPIs) and improvement solutions
・Working, communicating, negotiating often with internal teams to manage an advertising campaign (including publisher management team, Customer service team, technical team, Marketing team)

Requirements

・Experience in delivering B-to-B and client-focused solutions for at least 2 years
・Digital marketing experience
・Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all necessary levels of the organization
・Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
・Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
・Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
・Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
・Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
・Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes
・Good at Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps
