Job Description

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Acquire new sales opportunities and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining
personal networks
• Enhance organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring
opportunities to add value to job accomplishments


• Experience in delivering B-to-B and client-focused solutions / experience at least 2 years
•Knowledge of digital marketing
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all necessary levels of the
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
• Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes
• Good at Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps
