Job Description

・All Account Payable & Receivable , Internal Bank Transfer Activities and transactions
・Handle all company Tax Transactions and payment –Corporate tax, SST , WHT
・Issuing Debit Notes and pass the transaction entries
・Able to liaise with auditor/Tax agent and government authorities
・Communicate will sales supports to assist and ensure accurate and timely reporting and ad-hoc management report
・Liaise with bank for exchange rates booking
・All insurances matter
・Arrange jobs such as office maintenance or IT issues if required for trouble shoot.
・Assist monthly staffs claims/Payroll
・Able to communicate and writing e mail/memo on HR Matters
・ISO records & documentations
・Updating HR policies if required


・Diploma & above in Accounting
・2 years experience in related field
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
