・Planning, implementation and management of inbound promotion projects in cooperation with the travel industry
・Conduct presentations to promote travel to Japan at travel seminars and travel expos, etc.
・Participation in travel seminars and workshops
・Travel agency support, sending travel agency brochures, and responding to inquiries
・Travel agency hearings, monthly market research
・Operation of social media, websites, advertisements, etc.
・Market research on the Muslim market
・Clipping and collection of information for market research
・Organize and report on travel agency database
・Customer service (including tourist information at the counter), telephone/email support
・Translation/interpretation work related to the above (English required/Chinese or Malay to Japanese)
・General business support (including the work of other staff members)
・Other general office work
・Degree holder in any field
・Familiar with Japanese culture
・Able to communicate well in Japanese, English
・Have good communication skills, & planning skills
・Able to traveling
