E-commerce Executive – PJ
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
・ EC sales target ownership. Plan and execute EC campaigns (including digital activities ie Live sessions, e-workshops etc) in aligned with brand’s direction to push sales on various online marketplaces. (Brand.com, Lazada, Shopee, Hermo and etc).
・ Work closely with EC enabler on daily operations to ensure smooth updates on all the E-retailers (Lazada, Shopee, Hermo etc) on page management, product listing, pricing, photos and inventory quantity and campaign planning and reporting.
・ Maintain good relationship with stakeholders include EC platform Key Account Managers from various online marketplaces.
・ Execute back-end operations for brand.com including total website management, product listing, pricing, photos, inventory, and any other troubleshooting on other supporting system such as the CRM and EC enabler platforms.
・ Work closely with brand marketing team to produce meaningful and fruitful campaign mechanics that will resonate with the potential of every EC Platforms.
・ Monitor the daily sales status on brand.com and ensure the smooth running of stock delivery, order capture and billing, customer inquiries etc
・ Work closely with logistics team and brand marketing team to ensure smooth overall e-commerce operations and meet designated operational KPIs.
・ Work with digital vendor on awareness ads/CPas buying and planning for all campaigns. Discuss effective execution including optimization of ads and provide digital assets to vendor for adaptation.
・ Consolidate monthly sales report by channels, and prepare relevant reports that are beneficial for analysis purposes, including retargeting purposes and to improve ROI and enhance future campaigns to be more effective.
・ Liaise with EC enabler’s graphic designer (and/or) with our own marketing brand team to conceptualize product contents and campaign web banners for both E-retailers page and brand.com
・ To be the key person to provide customer service support (or direct to the respective team member) to resolve all queries via all EC platforms & social media platforms as and when required.
・ To lead the social commerce (pancake app) sales and operations functions
・ To support the Marketing Manager on the the implementation and delivery of a robust digital marketing strategy for Kose Malaysia brand(s). This includes liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to increase online presence through various online and social media platforms to build brand awareness and consideration.
・ Any other ad-hoc digital marketing initiatives for the brand
• Seeks satisfaction when things are done right and accurately. Enjoys fun operational tasks and have adequate knowledge and understanding of E-commerce operational settings
• Has experience working with agencies on digital Ads buying /cPAS planning and optimisation to meet the best ROI/ROAs for the brand(s)
• A well-balanced personality – self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales target given, and at the same time to contribute as a team player to achieve our company and brand goals.
・ Industry background, with experience in beauty background (priority) or FMCG categories include hair care, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and healthcare
・ who has EC background in handling brand.com or shopify, whereas experience in handling EC retailers (Lazada, Shopee, etc) and /with digital marketing is an advantage
