・Manage all 6 stores & 60 staffs in Malaysia
・Understand company's Concepts from Japan Follow and Impermanent in Malaysia
・Plan the Continuous Human Resource Strategy and Develop the Operational Organization with providing necessary training and guidance to subordinates especially for Area Managers and Outlet managers
・Make sure to achieve monthly budget for Sales and Profits
Plan the Sales, Promotional and Marketing Strategies by cooperating other departments to hit the budget for Sales and Profits Analyze P&L and BS report, find the issue and implement concreate solutions
・Mainly works with Japanese MD
・Some sales work that is suggesting VIP room to companies
・Diploma & above
・Have more than 10 years experiences to manage multi outlets
・Be able to analyze P&L and BS report, find the issue and implement concreate solutions (Strong in figure)
・Have the experiences to work in the company who operates the chain outlets
・Must be able to communicate in English, Malay and Chinese
