Job Description

①Daily works
・ Implement daily maintenance and repair outlet facilities in Malaysia to make sure the outlet operation is smooth
・ Provide the SOP and training to outlet staff to make sure they can do proper maintenance for outlet facilities in Malaysia and other South East Asia
・ Source new contractors and suppliers, and negotiate with them to reduce the fixing expense
・ Negotiate with the landlord on rental, and all other matters related to facilities’ repair and maintenance
・ Provide professional advice and support to our group outlets in South East Asia by cooperating with country manager, outlet manager and facility department in each country

②Projects(Preparation for the new store)
・ Lead all renovation Project in South East Asia such as new opening, renovation of existing outlets, reinstatement of the venues and etc in terms of following tasks
・ Sourcing, vetting, communicating and managing the vendors, designers and suppliers
・ Communicating and Negotiating with Landlords such as mall owners
・ Handling the schedule of the related license matters
・ Handling the Karaoke Machine matters with cooperating with IT dept, Solution dept and vendors such as Shipment, Transportation, Import, Export, Custom Clearance, Installation and etc

③Property Developments
・ Sourcing net potential venues, Prepare and Propose to the management with the proper documentation
・ Build and Maintain the good relationship with Mall managements and venue owners


・Diploma above (Any major)
・Required to travel over Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and other South East Asia (Frequency is not fixed)
・Handling experience to open new store, shop, branches for Chain business
