|Basic Salary||RM4,000 - 8,000|
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
・Review customer forecast weekly and uploading into system.
・Loading customer PO into system and inform planner for production plan.
・Liase with Planning, Engineering, Production and warehouse department to ensure timely delivery to customers worldwide.
・Co-ordinate with customers on order fullfilment related issues.
・Monitor and provide feedback to management on any issues / problems pertaining to deliveries, products or our sales services.
・Handle sales and data entry processing, adjustments and updating databases.
・Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and filling docs.
・Prepare sales order, delivery order and tax invoice for shipment.
・Providing sales administrative support daily.
・Liase with customers for achievement on the delivery arrangements & requirements.
・Plan to daily & weekly delivery / shipment schedule.
・Coordinate with customer and prepare the shipping instruction to shipping teams for arrange the shipping docs as required.
・Document filling for all necessary permits and shipping docs.
・Diploma & above
・Young and experience in Selling for Electronics Manufacturer
・Familiarity of sales performance metrics.
・Good communication and negotiation skills.
・Must able to communicate well in English & Mandarin
