HR & Accounting Manager – Penang
|Basic Salary||RM7,000 - 8,000|
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 17:00pm
・ Coordinate with External Auditors on annual statutory audit e.g. audit schedules preparation, analysing audit findings and making necessary improvements, etc.
・ Responsible for and/or work closely with consultants on all statutory/regulatory compliances such corporate income tax, indirect taxes, GST, transfer pricing and corporate secretarial compliance (per the Companies’ Act).
・ Implementation of Accounting Rules & Regulations and Internal control.
・ Cash Flow management.
・ In-charge of timely monthly and annual accounting closing and reporting to Singapore HQ.
・ In-charge for fixed asset control.
・ Budgeting such as monthly expenses plan and annual budgets.
Perform the full spectrum of HR activities including but not limited to
・ Personnel administration (proper records organization).
・ Compliance with statutory regulations (labour law, personal income tax law and etc.)
・ Process payroll monthly.
・ Employee movement (new join/confirmation/resignation) processes.
・ Manage employee benefits (leave, insurance and etc.).
・ Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and revised as appropriate to comply with Malaysia Law and corporate guidelines.
・ Manage the recruitment and selection process.
・ Manage the employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
・ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
・ Employee engagement such as team building.
・ To lead and manage administration work in the company.
・ Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration/Human Resources. + Possess accounting related certificate.
・ 5 - 10 years in HR & Accounting related
・ Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
