|Basic Salary||RM3,000 - 4,000|
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
・Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, which include Payroll, Recruitment, Yearly Appraisals, Rewards & Penalty Systems, Staff Welfare, Medical Attendance & Map out Training Plans for company's human resources.
・Handle general office and factory administration.
・Liaise with the authorities & government departments for labour & admin matters, etc.
・Identify corrective & preventive actions to existing HR SOPs.
・Manage ad-hoc assignments from the Management.
・Report to Director
・Diploma/Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
・At least 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing sector.
・Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia, spoken & written.
・Results oriented. Good Executor of company's set guidelines.
・Good follow up & reporting skills ( persistent, patient, disciplined & well planned)
・High integrity, independent and pleasant personality.
・Able to keep high level of confidentiality, and good people management skill.
