・Preparation of monthly report on plating cost, heat treatment ~ direct expense for production screw
・To allocate factory direct costs by product groups such as plating cost / heating cost / oil & fuel and etc
・Preparing WIP stock take slip & checking the running no.
・Filing of Payment Voucher, Purchase, Sales Invoice & etc.
・Daily AR collection updating in Accounts Receivable shared folder
・AR collection transactions updating in ACCPAC system
・AP payments input in ACCPAC system
・To summarize monthly exchange rate from bank
・Mailing of cheques, AR Statement etc.
・Monthly sub-cons. Report (before 2nd of every month) for K-Cost
・Prepare monthly ATS Bill (For import GST-IS declaration)
・Preparing WIP stock take slip & checking the running no
