Job Description

・Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone and e-mail
・Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation
・Act as a liaison between guest and hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint
・Excellent communication skill in both Japanese & English. Japanese close to native level.
・Independent & customer friendly
・Able to demonstrate conflict resolution, negotiation and de-escalation skills
・Flexible with working schedule
