2pm - 11pm (will convert into rotation shift basis)
・Provide e-commerce customer support via phone, email and online chat.
・Answer customer comments, enquiries, and complaints in a professional manner.
・Maintain good relationship & positive engagement with customers.
・Excellent communication skill in Japanese, Native Level
・Independent & customer friendly
・Able to demonstrate conflict resolution, negotiation and deescalation skills
・Flexible with working schedule
