Customer Service Executive – Subang
|Basic Salary||RM2,500 – 3,500|
Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
・Reports To Sales Administration Manager
・Attend to customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face / walk-in customers.
・Attend to walk in vendor, courier service, interview candidate etc.
・Respond promptly to customer inquiries, product, pricing, delivery information, services and complaints.
・Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
・Perform customer verifications (based on transaction and credit limits).
・Attend to customer’s complaints, investigate and fill up customer complaints form andCN application.
・Process customer orders, service orders, forms, applications and requests.
・Prepare quotation, invoice, DO and make billing.
・Follow up back order and repair quotation.
・To liaise with branches, Purchasing and Warehouse to check stock availability and do stock transfer to fulfill customer order and service repair.
・Prepare and obtain approval for stock adjustment form for transfer / cannibalisation.
・Arrange collection of repair tools or return goods.
・Keep track of customer interactions, comments, inquries and transactions.
・Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
・To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by the Management.
・Basically working at desk only (do not have to visit clients)

・Customer Service Experience
・Male / Female OK
・Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification.
・Required skills: Microsoft Words & Excel.
・Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
・Interest in helping and working with customers.
・Fresh is OK（ depending on communication skills）
・Attention to detail and accuracy.
・Adaptability with Company management directives.
・Pleasant personality and good inter personal skills.
・Good Communication skills - verbal and written.
