Job Description
・To attend customer call and help them to troubleshoot the machine
・To visit the customer's farm for service and installation.
・To prepare spare parts upon customer request.
・To do paperwork (if in the office) on customer's feedback and reporting his work report/progress to Japan.
・To join training on machines in our factory or if selected at our HQ in Japan.
Requirements
・At least 2 years of experience in machine servicing.
・Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
・For those who like to travel and are easy-going person.
