CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (LOGISTICS OPERATION) – SHAH ALAM

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 18:00pm
・Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of customer through communication channels (Phone and Email).
・To assist in response to all issues related to customer’s enquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
・Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customer and provide polite, professional and accurate response.
・Allocate, coordinate and monitor job orders and resources.
・Monitor & track truck status to ensure deliveries are met, update and provide tracking information to operation team.
・To liaise, coordinate and follow-up closely with all related internal departments to ensure customer’s expectations are met and all customers’ requests are completed as agreed.
・Able to lead Customer Service team.
・Monitor operation progress to make sure tasks given complete within required time frame.
・Assist managers with ad-hoc matters.
・Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Transportation or equivalent.
・At least 1 year working experience in coordinator or customer service in logistic field.
・Proficient with Microsoft Office
・Able to work under pressure and long hours even weekend or public holidays.
・Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
