MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (LOGISTICS OPERATION) – Shah Alam

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 18:00pm
・Supporting managers with various tasks (e.g. policy making, goal setting).
・Understand each department (e.g. Logistics Operation, Documentation, Transportation, Forwarding, Accounts, Management, and etc.).
・Get familiar with personnel duties
・Participate in company’s strategic planning, help managers in evaluating employee and department performance (e.g. analysing data, writing reports).
・Keep track of business revenue.
・Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk.
・Create and give presentations.
・Experience in management or similar/ relevant field (e.g. logistic operation services).
・Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
・Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
・Excellent in math and computational ability.
・Effective communication skills.
・Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or Logistics Operation.
・Strong leadership skills.
・Willingness to work overtime if required.
・Excellent time management skills
