Job Description

・To prepare On Time Delivery Ratio Report
・To prepare daily and monthly stock out or related inventory report
・To ensure sales operation is going smooth
・Distribute Lead Time Delivery to each sales window
・To find alternatives to minimize outstanding PO
・To meet customer satisfaction especially pull in or pull out
・To maximize receiving order from sales office to meet the peak profit
・To analyze the receiving order and transportation costing
・To carry out any jobs assigned by superior
・To adjust the stock allocation among sales office to achieve sales target
・To coordinate with warehouse if found any discrepancy stock data while allocate or closed shipment
・To provide warehouse the relevant details if there is any quality claim or quantity discrepancy from
・Shipment reported by sales office.


・At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related discipline.
・Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
・Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with vendor / supplier from China.
・Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
・Fresh graduate / entry level candidates are encouraging to apply
・Proper time management and able to meet datelines.
・Able to work independently.
・A well-organized individual, self-starter, result-oriented, thorough with strong interpersonal skills.
